PRAYER & PLEDGE
President Tom Dedman called the meeting to order asking Betsy Rispens for the Prayer and Bert Gailushas for the Pledge.
STUDENT OF THE MONTH- YOUTH OF THE YEAR
Nicholas Smith - HHS – son of Patrick and Marieta Smith. He is interested in music and is involved with the jazz band and the wind symphony. He has participated in tennis. His plans are to attend college to major in engineering, either civil, mechanical or petroleum.
Kaitlyn Cummings - CHS – daughter of Cory and Georgia Cummings. She is in NHS and Key Club. She is interested in music and drama and is involved in Grandstreet. She plans on attending an out of state college to study movie or book editing.
Jarred Clairmount – CHS – son of Terri Clairmont. He plays American Legion Baseball for the Senators, does cross county and likes to ski. He is in NHS and Americorp. He plans on attending MSU to study nursing or education and go on to medical school.
Shea Fanning – CHS – daughter of Tammy Plubell and Mike Fanning. She plays piano and is involved in jazz band as well as orchestra. She has been on the track team and is in NHS and Green Club. Her plans are to attend U of M to study pharmacy.
Ryan Kropp – CHS – He is interested in math. He likes to hunt, fish and ski. He is on the cross country and track teams.
Allison Ray – HHS –
Jessica Stanisich – HHS -
BUSINESS
Martin Lewis discussed the $900 the Exchange team raised for the BBBS Bowl for Kids Sake and thanked April Gerth for her participation.
Rush at the Hockey game last Friday seemed to be a success. We may have a couple potential members as a result.
George’s Distributing donated $2,000 toward our Festival of Wines which puts the net over $10,000. From the proceeds of the Festival of Wines we were able to provide 160 coats in our “Coats for Kids” program. Thanks to Betsy and the committee members who participated.
We will start short Committee meeting at lunch each week. Watch the emails for the schedule. Also see the attached committee Assignments.

Scott McHugh was not present to collect $11.50 in the Big Spin today.
There were 23 members plus guests at lunch today.
